Administer Active Directory-based network with ~20 servers, 300 workstations, and 2000 users. Identify performance bottlenecks and inefficiencies, as well as monitor security issues. Troubleshoot problems with installed programs, and install new programs as requested. Also maintain hardware and install new hardware as needed.

Web Programmer - Feb 2008-Apr 2008 - NDSU Advanced Traffic Analysis Center
Program weather information website for I-90 and I-94 corridor.  Site design features objects overlaid on a map using MySQL/PHP and CSS for positioning.  Extensive Photoshop work done to prepare graphics.  Site can be viewed at http://www.i90i94travelinfo.com/

I.T. Assistant - Summers 2007 & 2008 - Theodore Roosevelt Medora Foundation
Maintained Windows Server 2003/MS SQL Server ticketing and reservations systems (client- and server-side including ~10 servers and 40 workstations). Also worked with point-of-sale systems, cared for an Active Directory infrastructure, and supported a long-distance line-of-sight wireless network. Was on-call 3 nights per week.

Team Leader - Summer 2006 - Theodore Roosevelt Medora Foundation
Led call center team for lodging reservations and ticket reservations. Became highly proficient in operating robust telephone and reservation system. Was responsible for leading the team’s efforts to create favorable experience for guests in Medora, ND.

Computer Programmer - Spring 2005 - Computer Wrench, Inc.
Developed C# Windows application to print packing slips and address labels for online store. Wrote PHP page on the server to provide XML data to the application, which allowed for shipping weight input before printing selected orders, and updated an order’s status on the server. Also performed Photoshop touchup work for sales fliers and posters.
